Shipping
Most items will be shipped via commercial carrier with a tracking number. Some items may require additional shipping or insurance cost due to their value or size. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please contact us:

Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. An invoice must accompany all returns. Items must be sent inside a box, not in a quilted envelope (or the item could be mangled by machine-read meters!).
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item and may only be returned towards the exchange of another item. Cash or credit refunds will not be given.
Returns will
not
be accepted after 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
You may expect the replacement of an item or exchanged items within 30 days of our receiving your return. Repairing items may take longer, as materials may have to be found. Repair charge of $25, plus return shipping to the customer will apply.

Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please call the appropriate carrier if damages occur. They will in turn contact us, and we will work with them in order to replace your damaged goods.
